Nevada Licensing
702 Spirits holds all required Nevada state licenses for the manufacture, distribution, and sale of distilled spirits. We maintain current licenses and renew them in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes.
Federal TTB Compliance
We comply fully with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) regulations, including proper labeling, formula approval, and tax payment requirements for all our products.
Marketing Standards
Our advertising and marketing efforts comply with the DISCUS Code of Responsible Practices for Beverage Alcohol Advertising and Marketing. We do not target individuals under the legal drinking age in any marketing materials.
Distribution Compliance
